Crescent Communities Sells 344-Unit Apartment Community in Charlotte

Charlotte-based owner and developer Crescent Communities has sold Novel NoDa, a 344-unit mid-rise apartment community in Charlotte. The sales price was undisclosed.

Located on a six-acre site at 424 E. 36th St., the property features immediate access to light rail service and is surrounded by a number of retail destinations, including the Salud Beer Shop, Barre Code, Wooden Robot Brewery, Rush Bowls and Idlewild Cocktail bar. Amenities include a saltwater pool, courtyard with beer garden, grilling area and fire pit, and a clubroom with billiards, shuffleboard and oversized tables.

Allan Lynch, Caylor Mark, Justin Good and Roberto Casas of JLL represented Crescent Communities in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
