Real estate investor, developer and operator Crescent Communities has broken ground on Elizabeth on Seventh, a retail and speculative office project in Charlotte.

Located at the intersection of East 7th Street and North Caswell Road in Charlotte’s Elizabeth neighborhood, the mixed-use project is walkable to more than 40 retailers and restaurants.
