Crescent Building 345-Unit Broomfield Project
NOVEL FlatIron by Crescent Communities will be a new, five-story, 345-unit luxury multifamily residential community at FlatIron Crossing, a mixed-use project in Broomfield, CO. The retail and entertainment center also includes 65,000 square feet of dining, entertainment, and retail.
The project, which is anticipated to start construction in the summer of 2024, is called The HiFi, an abbreviated version of “Hello FlatIron.” Its opening is slated for late 2026. It will be at 1 W Flatiron Crossing Dr., Broomfield.
FlatIron Crossing is a major retail property with nearly 200 retailers including Apple, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Dillard’s, Macy’s, AMC Theatres, and a number of common restaurant chains.
Crescent Communities has numerous communities throughout the Denver area, including NOVEL RiNo, a highly amenitized property in Denver’s trendy River North Arts District, the stabilized NOVEL White Fence Farm, and the soon-to-open NOVEL Uptown, a 10-story community just a few blocks from the Capitol and bustling central business district.
