Crescent Communities has opened its second community, Render Turner Lake, in Covington. Multi-Housing News reports Crescent started construction on the five-building project last year using funds from a $44 million loan originated by Santander Bank in November 2023. That note is set to mature in October 2027.

Crescent debuted its first project in the community, Render Covington, in early 2024. That development is currently 90% leased and occupied. 

Render Turner Lake consists of 300 apartment units offering one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. Units range from 720 to 1,376 square feet and have private balconies or patios.

Shared amenities include a swimming pool, a community garden and a “Social Green” located at the center of the property featuring a volleyball court, and putting green.

Located at 7900 Kaplan Lane, Crescent Communities is close to several retail options and less than 2 miles from downtown Covington.
