Cresa Taps Sullivan, Veteran of Tenant and Landlord Sides

Thomas P. Sullivan (pictured) has joined Cresa as a principal of the New York City office. He has specialized in both tenant and landlord representation for over 30 years.

Sullivan’s client base over the years has included Becca Cosmetics, American Exchange Time, New York Country Dental Society, Paris Accessories, Netcom Information Technologies, and Final Frame LLC.

“Tom’s focus has always been the financial bottom line and overall best interests of his customers,” says Cresa New York managing principal Peter Sabesan. “He has an amazing capacity to zero in on his customer’s needs. Having been very successful on both the landlord and tenant sides, the benefits he is able to bring to Cresa are invaluable.”

Before joining Cresa, Sullivan was executive managing director at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors. Prior to that, he was VP/director of leasing at the Empire State Building for the property’s owner at the time, Helmsley Spear Inc.
