Cresa Set to Expand in NYC

Cresa, the world’s largest tenant rep commercial real estate advisory firm, is dramatically expanding its team in New York City with new staff and new leadership

“We are poised to significantly expand our platform in Manhattan, the boroughs, and beyond,” said Jim Underhill, CEO of Cresa. “Cresa has always been committed to a strong presence in the New York area, and we expect our growth in this key market will mirror the strides we are making on a national and a global level, as more companies recognize the advantage of a ‘tenants first’ approach.”

Three veteran principals have been promoted to become managing principals: Eric Thomas, Jane Roundell (pictured), and James Pirot.

Also, Cresa has hired five new pros, and plans to add three more by the end of summer:
– Drew Silvester as senior vice president
– Ajit Jain as senior vice president of finance
– Francesca Marrone as senior advisor
– Joseph Simon as advisor
– Skyler Simon as advisor
