Cresa Reps Law Firm in Move to SL Green Tower

Cresa’s Peter Sabesan and Nicholas B. Markel have arranged new offices for Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler, P.C.  at SL Green Realty Corp.’s 810 Seventh Ave. The lease term for the 6,000-square-foot space is 11 years and includes 12 months of free rent. The Manhattan-based law firm is moving from 729 Seventh Ave.

“We were able to negotiate excellent terms for our client, which was a key factor in their decision to relocate,” said Markel. “In addition, we were working with a preeminent landlord and leasing team open to having this highly-esteemed, credit-worthy tenant in their building.”

Added Ballon Stoll partner Vano Haroutunian, “After touring multiple subleases and direct space opportunities, we decided to move forward at 810 Seventh Avenue due to our clients’ familiarity with the neighborhood and the landlord’s ability to cater to our needs.”

Representing ownership were SL Green’s Jeremy Bier and Cushman & Wakefield’s Barry Zeller.
