Cresa Promotes Sean Heaton, Blake St. Onge to New Roles in Portland

Cresa promoted Sean Heaton and Blake St. Onge to principal in the firm’s Portland office. Heaton opened Cresa’s Portland office in 2015.

Cresa’s Bill Baldwin says, “Blake has a proven track record of advising and representing tenants. Heaton brings more than 25 years of industry expertise including transaction advisory, capital markets, and build-to-suit projects. He specializes in tenant representation for industrial and technology clients.

St. Onge, with more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience, has been involved in excess of 1,000 real estate engagements, totaling in more than four million square feet in 80 markets.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private.
