Cresa Promotes Lawson Martin, Dennis Smith to Greater LA Market Leaders

Cresa president Greg Schementi said Tuesday that Lawson Martin and Dennis Smith have each been named managing principal – market leader and will lead the firm’s Greater Los Angeles and Orange County business operations. Together the duo will oversee a team of 40 professionals in project management, transaction management and industrial services across the five-county LA region (Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura).

Their promotions are part of a larger corporate expansion plan which also includes the opening several new offices in Southern California in the coming months. “Dennis and Lawson are integral members of our West Coast team, and their respective promotions are the result of hard work and dedication to growing our business,” said Schementi.

Both Martin and Smith joined Cresa in 2014. In a decades-long career, Martin has provided real estate consulting services to many leading corporations and professional firms throughout Southern California. Smith serves a diverse client base with acquisition and disposition services for leased, owned and build-to-suit facilities as well as portfolio consulting services.
