Cresa Names Tampa-Based Tim Rivers to Market Leader – Florida Position

Cresa has named Tim Rivers as market leader – Florida. He is based in Tampa and is tasked with developing and executing the firm’s growth strategies and operations throughout the state.

Rivers most recently served as Florida market director at JLL, where he oversaw all business lines servicing corporate, occupier and investor clients. Prior he was a senior managing director of asset services at Cushman & Wakefield, plus managing director of brokerage services and regional director of management services in Florida at Newmark.

Cresa currently has offices in Orlando and Miami with plans to open more under Rivers.
