Cresa Names Chicago-Based Head of Portfolio Solutions

Cresa has hired Tricia Trester as head of global portfolio solutions. Based in Chicago, Trester will lead Cresa’s Portfolio Solutions and Consulting teams, with a focus on client portfolio optimization and service to help companies navigate today’s complex commercial real estate landscape. 

“We are excited to welcome Tricia to the Cresa family,” said CEO Tod Lickerman. “Her industry experience and reputation, as well as her passion for solving complex challenges and building strong client relationships, make her the perfect leader for Global Portfolio Solutions.” 

Trester brings more than 20 years’ industry experience, having most recently served as managing director and principal at JLL, where she led multi-regional teams, provided insight and strategy to create value-driven client outcomes, and focused on advancing customer relationships. Before JLL, Trester was the London-based Head of Enterprise Solutions for Cushman & Wakefield, where she led Sales and Solutions in EMEA.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
