Cresa Helps Tenant Right-Size, Maintain Exterior Signage at Dulles Metro Center
Cresa has represented tenant Exostar LLC in its 21,500-square-foot lease at Dulles Metro Center, a 225,029-square-foot, eight-story office building located at 2325 Dulles Corner Boulevard in Herndon, VA.
Tom Birnbach and Jon Olmstead with occupier advisory firm Cresa helped the global defense contractor, a tenant in the building since 2016, right-size its footprint down from approximately 28,500 square feet and to maintain exterior building signage with the renewal.
“We had a terrific opportunity to capitalize on a favorable market to reimagine Exostar’s office space ahead of its natural lease expiration thus limiting disruption to operations,” said Olmstead.
Dulles Metro Center features a conference center, fitness center, full-service café and tenant only lounge with pantry and breakout area. The building sits minutes from Dulles International Airport with immediate access to the Toll Road, Route 28, and the future Silver Line Metro station and convenient access to Reston, Tysons and downtown DC.
The landlord, Monday Properties, bought the building in 2018.
