Cresa Expands PDX Presence with Two Additions

Cresa added two new employees to the growing firm’s Portland office. Josh Haynes joins as a Vice President and Jack Foy joins as an advisor.

“We hope to continue our growth trajectory, but we also want to be strategic as we add people to the team,” said Cresa’s Sean Heaton. “For our industry, our team is uniquely collaborative. So, we really go the extra mile to make sure the people we bring on are going to be the right fit.”

Haynes (pictured) brings more than 13 years of experience in leasing transactions and property management within the Portland market, most recently at Deering Management Group, Inc. He serves on the board of the Oregon/Washington Commercial Association of Brokers, and as a secretary for the Portland International Center Tenant Association.

Foy comes to Cresa from WESCO, where he increased supply chain efficiency for more than 20 managed accounts.
