Cresa DFW Re-Established Under New Leadership and Location
Tenant rep firm Cresa DFW is under new leadership. The revamped office is under the management of Scott Bumpas, who is taking on the role of managing principal, and Brant Bryan, who will continue in his role as capital markets managing principal.
“Cresa DFW has undergone some transitions these past few years,” said Bumpas, referring to the 2015 departures of firm leaders Susan Arledge and Jim Leslie. ““Now, we’ve reorganized into a dynamic, stable and effective team, consisting of a truly skilled and talented staff, with a commitment to DFW commercial real estate.”
Joining Bumpas and Bryan are Bill Benton, who is the company’s Senior Vice President, Project Management.
