Cresa’s Project Management Principal Eric Nolin has completed the complex build-out of Bettinardi Golf’s new, 6,877-square-foot experiential custom fit showroom concept at 1225 West 22nd Street in Oak Brook, Illinois.

RGLA Solutions designed the space, and Skender Construction was the general contractor. In addition to overseeing site selection, Cresa managed the project’s design and buildout and provided turnkey services. Cresa’s Bradley Metzger negotiated Bettinardi’s lease in October 2022.

“This was an especially exciting project to take on,” added Metzger.  “To reflect the quality of the brand, it required a visible and high-end solution which included a great deal of custom construction, branding and cutting-edge audio-visual technologies.”

Bettinardi will debut a new location for its high-tech putter fitting facility called Studio B. With a more intimate customization process, multiple private fitting bays, and a boutique complete with a large selection of clubs, apparel, and limited-edition branded accessories.
