Cresa Arranges Wheeling Lease for MedTec Healthcare

Cresa’s Juliette Lane recently represented MedTec Healthcare & Private Duty, LLC in its new 12,994-square-foot, long-term lease at WiFi Corporate Center at 1400 S. Wolf Rd. in Wheeling, IL.  It is the company’s second location in Wheeling.

WiFi Corporate Center is a 51,305-square-foot, single-story office building built in 1970 and renovated in 2001. It provides convenient access to public transportation and ample parking for guests. It is owned by Wi-Fi Wheeling Dealing LLC.

MedTec provides in-home care and adult day care to support independent living for seniors in their own homes. This is the second deal in the past 90 days that Lane has arranged for the company in the suburbs. The other was a lease for 12,500 square feet at 1415 Bond St. in Naperville.

MedTec continues to look for additional corporate office and adult day care locations in the greater Chicagoland area.
