Recovery.com has more than doubled its headquarters space with a new, 21,966-square-foot lease at 316 West Washington Ave. in Madison, Wisconsin.

The online provider of unbiased, educational, helpful information about treatment for addiction and mental health will consolidate its two existing local offices at 100 State Street and 301 South Blount Street in Madison at the new location when the lease commences in September 2025.

Cresa’s Matt Apter and Ross Rikkers represented Recovery.com in the transaction. Boerke’s Jim Cavanaugh and Katie Brueske represented the owner, Hovde Properties, in the transaction.

Just two blocks from Capitol Square, 316 West Washington is a 152,968-square-foot modern office building located in the heart of town. “The building and suite are excellent fits for Recovery.com; with high ceilings, exposed ductwork, city and lake views, the site exudes creativity and fun,” said Rikkers, a Principal with Cresa’s Madison office.
