Commercial real estate firm Cresa has named Bob Schneiderman as managing principal of its new Boca Raton, FL location.

Schneiderman previously served as executive managing director of Colliers. He is charged with hiring additional advisors and team members for the new office.

Cresa advocates for tenants in the professional services, technology, supply chain, healthcare, and additional sectors driving significant economic growth throughout the state of FL. The firm’s Miami office completed 136 projects in 2022 that $160 million in transactions.
