Cresa has added Stacy Garcia and Mark Gardner, formerly with Stream Realty Partners, as principals in Orange County, CA

Cresa Adds Two Principals in Orange County 

Cresa has added several new hires in Southern California. In Orange County, Stacy Garcia and Mark Gardner have joined as principals. Recently with Stream Realty, the business partners have worked together for 20-plus years representing corporate clients throughout California.  

Notable deals the team has completed include Western Corrugated Design’s 150,000-square-foot headquarters lease in Santa Fe Springs, CA; Weedmaps’ 115,000-square-foot lease in Downtown Los Angeles’ Arts District; Ronco Plastics’ 35,000-square-foot lease in Tustin; and Comcast/NBC Universal’s 23,000-square-foot lease in Irvine. TCA Architects, Slalom Consulting and REAN Optics are clients. 
 
Since June, Cresa has made other key hires across the five-county LA region. Others are Patrick Benton, who joined as an SVP, project management; Ryan Pettersen, who joined as SVP, transaction management (office); and Davorin Kristo, who joined as VP, transaction management (office).

His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
