Cresa Adds Three-Member Brokerage Team in Chicago
Cresa is growing its brokerage ranks in Chicago with the addition of an established team of three advisors. Dave Wilson joins as principal while Ryan Foran and Jonathan Zeitler join as SVPs. All three were formerly with Transwestern.

Wilson, formerly EVP with Transwestern in Chicago, is entering his 40th year in the industry. He previously founded TRU Office Advisors, LLC, a full service commercial real estate firm focused on the representation of office tenants across the U.S.
Foran, also a former EVP with Transwestern, has spent 20 years focused exclusively on representing office tenants in primary and secondary domestic markets. He previously was an SVP at TRU.
Zeitler was formerly a VP with Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory and Workplace Solutions group.
