Cresa Adds Industrial Expert in Philly Area

National industrial expert Eric Zahniser has joined occupier-centric commercial real estate firm Cresa as a managing principal with the firm’s industrial services group. He will be based in the Conshohocken, PA office.  

Zahniser previously served as head of business development & portfolio management at Siemens Healthineers, senior manager – capital finance & real estate at Bimbo Bakeries USA, and as an asset manager with the General Services Administration before transitioning into brokerage with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, where he was most recently a principal. He has negotiated several million square feet of deals throughout the Northeast logistics corridor and nationwide.
