Cresa has acquired Vogel Advisors, a boutique commercial firm in metropolitan Detroit. Its founder, Bill Vogel, managing principal, will serve as Detroit’s co-market leader, partnering with managing principal Ryan Bertin to grow the Cresa brand and presence in the region.

Vogel Advisors’ staff of three also moves to Cresa. Vogel founded Vogel Advisors in 2005 after several years working in commercial real estate finance. “I couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome Bill and his team to Cresa,” said Bertin. “He has built a successful tenant-focused business over the past 20- plus years, and our business philosophies—client- first, relationship- and knowledge-driven—make this a natural fit.”

Cresa continues its M&A growth, expanding its services and operations in major markets throughout the U.S. This marks its fourth acquisition in the last 16 months and underscores its national growth strategy.
