Cresa Acquires Brokerage Firm Vicus Partners 

Cresa, a commercial real estate advisory firm, has announced the acquisition of Vicus Partners, an occupier-focused brokerage firm based in New York City.  

The nine-person Vicus team, led by founders Bert Rosenblatt and Andrew Stein, along with former COO Gabi Koshgarian, will join Cresa’s New York office, led by managing principals Peter Sabesan and Richard Selig.  

“The members of the Vicus team will be a great addition to the New York office,” said Sabesan. “We have known the principals for many years and we share a common philosophy based on a commitment to providing the finest, conflict-free services to office occupiers.”
