Creekbend Properties Makes Move for Abilene Starbucks

Richardson-based Creekbend Properties plans to construct a building in Abilene, TX for the purpose of leasing to Starbucks.

The lot, located at Barrow and South 14th streets, currently necessitates a 30-foot building setback. Aiming to ease the requirement to 12 feet, Creekbend Properties’ Brandon Beck submitted a variance reduction request to Abilene’s Board of Adjustment. The modification would assist parking and traffic flow, as well as allow for a drive-through window.

The location is already listed on Starbucks’ website. Abilene currently has multiple Starbucks locations, though none are situated in the immediate area.
