Credit Union Acquires 50K-SF Building
Mobiloil Credit Union acquired a three-story, 50,000-square-foot office building at 3535 Calder in Beaumont, TX. The credit union bought the office building from Gerald Condon Properties Ltd., with plans to renovate the property.
The credit union said it plans to relocate some departments to the Calder building, and to open a branch when renovations are complete by the end of 2017 or early 2018. The building’s purchase also provides enough space for expansion.
The building delivered in the early 1980s. A sales price was not disclosed. The county assessed the property at $2.9 million.
