The new 12-story Credit Human headquarters near downtown San Antonio is 200,000 square feet and will accommodate approximately 500 employees. The design integrates multiple energy demand solutions that make this building 56 percent more efficient than buildings of a similar size.

High-efficiency photovoltaic solar panels installed on the roof and in the parking structure totaling 1 mega-watt of solar capacity are anticipated to supply 40 percent of the annual electricity demand. The building will use 97 percent less potable water by reducing water demand by 40 percent and capturing 80 percent of storm water through low impact site development. The structure’s reduction in carbon emissions by 1,619 metric tons is equal to removing 344 passenger vehicles off the road each year.
