Credit Card Processor Goes Direct at Rosemont’s Pointe O’Hare

Colliers International | Chicago’s Sven Sykes, Tom Volini and Brent Jacob represented TransNational Payments Inc. in its 26,239-square-foot lease at EQ Office’s Pointe O’Hare I, 9550 W. Higgins Rd. in Rosemont, IL. The credit card processing services company had been subleasing space at the building for several years.

“We are thrilled that we could keep TransNational in space that is not only ideally suited for their business operations, but also conveniently located for their clients and workforce,” said Volini.

Pointe O’Hare I is an 11-story, 270,512-square-foot Class A office building located at the convergence of I-90 and I-294, with immediate access to O’Hare International Airport. Among the property’s tenant amenities are covered parking on an oversized deck, and shuttle service to/from the CTA Blue Line, the Metra train station and the airport. Avison Young’s Danny Nikitas is the property’s leasing agent.
