Creative Production Studio Relocates to Long Beach

Lee & Associates completed a 10-year lease with Swing Set Productions for a 10,812-square-foot creative office space located in the Airway Office Park at 3816 Stineman Ct. in Long Beach. A creative production studio that offers turn-key solutions to leading brands including Hyundai, Genesis, Signature Kitchen Series and Apple Musi, Swing Set is relocating from Huntington Beach.

Jeff Coburn, CCIM, SIOR and Shaun McCullough, CCIM, SIOR of Lee & Associates Los Angeles – Long Beach, Inc. represented the landlord, Airway Office Park LLC.  Swing Set was represented by Michael Shuken of Savills. 

Developed by Urbana Real Estate Development, Airway Office Park is a 3.7-acre development, adjacent to Long Beach Airport in the 260-acre master planned Douglas Park. It’s made up of dual two-story buildings that offer more than 60,000 square feet of office space and amenities.
