Creative Home Ideas Signs Up for Showroom and Office Space at 230 Fifth

Lee & Associates NYC arranged a 15-year lease on behalf of Creative Home Ideas, a division of YMF Carpet, at 230 Fifth Ave. in the Madison Square Park area. Creative Home Ideas will utilize the 37,265-square-foot space for a showroom and offices.

Creative Home Ideas, producing brand-name home textile and decor online as well as at major department stores and specialty retailers nationwide, has relocated from an 11,000-square-foot showroom at 295 Fifth Ave. following the sale of that property.

“This was a unique deal that involved many moving parts, but we were fortunate that all parties were true real estate professionals throughout the process that helped with negotiations and getting the deal done,” said Gregory Gang, principal of Lee NYC.

Gang negotiated on the tenant’s behalf along with Lee NYC’s Richard Plehn, Lisa Ann Pollakowski and Woody King. GFP Real Estate’s Harvey Richer and David Kaye represented ownership.
