Creative Design Firm Leases Full Floor at SJP’s 470 Park South

Creative Office Pavilion, an office furnishings, interior construction, and workspace consulting firm, signed a 10-year lease for the seventh floor of SJP Properties’ 470 Park Ave. South. The recently-completed prebuilt space totals 9,936 square feet.

The Boston-based tenant plans to move in later this quarter. It will use the space for its sales office and showroom, as well as an employee workspace.

“Creative design companies are exactly the kind of tenant that can utilize our prebuilt floors to their maximum potential,” said Zach Freeman, SVP of SJP Properties.

Paul Amrich of CBRE represented Creative Office Pavilion in the deal. Freeman and a CBRE team of James Ackerson, Neil King and Dan Wilpon advised SJP.

A partnership of SJP and PGIM Real Estate paid $245 million to acquire the 300,000-square-foot 470 Park South from TH Real Estate and Norges Bank in December 2018.
