Creative Agency Takes 22K SF in Chelsea

Crossmedia has signed a new 21,970-square-foot, 10-year lease at 275 Seventh Avenue. The creative media agency will occupy the entire 27th and 28th floors of the 28-story building.

The building at 275 Seventh Avenue has “transitioned from an underutilized asset with great potential, to one of the premier buildings in Chelsea,” according to CBRE.
