Creative Agency Renews 6.5K-SF SoHo Lease

CS Global, an international experiential creative agency, has renewed its lease for 6,529 square feet of office space at 100 Crosby Street with GFP Real Estate in SoHo.

The five-year lease renewal covers the 5th and 6th floors of the building. CS Global serves a client base that includes luxury brands and organizations such as Tom Ford, Disney+, Google, Estée Lauder, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Council of Fashion Designers of America, Michael Kors, Cartier, and La Mer.

The historic building at 100 Crosby Street, constructed in 1884 and designed in a neo-Grecian style by architect Thomas Stent, offers a newly renovated lobby and entrance, featuring elements that celebrate the architectural character of Soho’s cast-iron historic district. Neith Stone of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord in the transaction.
