Creative Agency Moves from Williamsburg to Dumbo Heights
MAS Event + Design has signed a 10,000-square-foot sublease at RFR Realty’s Dumbo Heights complex. The creative agency will occupy part of the 12th floor at 77 Sands St. within Dumbo Heights.
A CBRE team of Ben Fastenberg and Alex D’Amario represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The sublandlord, B-Reel, was represented by Savills’ Mike Mathias and Sean Hoffman.
“MAS has had a presence in Brooklyn for several years and, due to some explosive growth in the past couple years, found itself outgrowing its office space in Williamsburg,” said Fastenberg. “The agency’s new Brooklyn outpost at 77 Sands affords the team the space they need now, and also accommodates additional growth in the future.”
77 Sands is a 190,000-square-foot loft-style office building owned by Kushner Companies and RFR. The five-building complex was formerly known as the Watchtower complex.
