Creation Goes Forward on Northmark Commerce Center
Creation recently broke ground on an industrial space in North Fort Worth, Northmark Commerce Center. The 234,478-square-foot class-A industrial space will feature 19 trailer stalls and 32-foot clear heights.
The property will be leased by Matt Carthey, George Jennings and Hogan Harrison of Holt Lunsford Commercial.
“While quality infill land sites in North Fort Worth are becoming difficult to come by, Northmark Commerce Center is coming to market at the perfect time,” said Carthey. “Creation is delivering a project that will service today’s industrial user in a fresh, innovative way. In addition to state-of-the-art building amenities, the project offers a secured drop lot with 104 trailer positions and unmatched connectivity.”
Located at the Northeast corner of Beach Street and Old Denton Road, Northmark Commerce Center will have access to major travel hubs including Meacham International Airport, Fort Worth Alliance Airport, and highly visited highways including Loop 820, Interstate 35W, TX-121 and Interstate 30.
Construction for Northmark Commerce Center is expected to be completed in late 2022. The forthcoming industrial development is part of a four-property portfolio partnership between Creation and Crow Holdings Capital.
