Creation Finds Rare Lot for Scottsdale Warehouse
Creation broke ground on Thunderbird Commerce Park, a $60 million industrial center set on a rare 18-acre parcel within Scottsdale Airpark.
“Finding land for industrial and logistics development in Scottsdale is next to impossible, so Thunderbird Commerce Park is already in a class of its own, bringing much-needed Class-A logistics/manufacturing inventory to the highly desired Scottsdale Airpark submarket,” said Creation’s Grant Kingdon
With a vacancy rate hovering around 3% and the scarcity of supply under construction, Scottsdale stands as the tightest industrial submarket in the Valley. The supply-constrained city boasts the highest asking rates in the region, a 65% premium compared to the Phoenix-metro average.
Thunderbird Commerce Park is a 243,360-square-foot, Class-A industrial building located east of the southeast corner of Scottsdale and Thunderbird roads. The park will be directly adjacent to the Scottsdale Airport. Creation has engaged LGE Design Build as the general contractor and LGE Design Group as the architect. Completion is expected in late 2024.
Connect Industrial Midwest 2024 will take place on March 5, 2024, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, Illinois. Click here for more information and to register.
