A founding principal of Cushman & Wakefield San Antonio Commercial Advisors has joined REOC San Antonio, becoming the latter’s new executive vice president. Paul Fagan, who worked with Cushman & Wakefield since 1989, will also be executive vice president of affiliate REOC Development.

In his new role, Fagan will continue providing advisory and brokerage services, as well as being able to offer office and industrial development, and redevelopment of existing assets. Fagan has SIOR and CCIM designations, and told the San Antonio Business Journal that the ability to offer a broader range of options to clients helped spur the move.

“His systematic approach, ability to quickly grasp transnational dynamics and market knowledge gained over the last 38 years make him a uniquely skilled player and a true benefit to our clients,” REOC Development’s Todd Gold told the San Antonio Business Journal.
