David M. Gottlieb, Esq. has launched GottsLaw, LLC, a law firm that specializes in commercial and residential real estate, as well as handling trusts and estate matters throughout IL. He brings 30 years of insight and acumen in real estate, as well as the areas of trust and estate work, as he prioritizes the creation and protection of clients’ wealth.

Whether buying, selling, leasing, managing, or exchanging real estate, among the specific services Northfield, IL-based GottsLaw, LLC provides include contracts, negotiations, due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, 1031 exchanges, closings, workouts, REO, foreclosures, leases, and evictions. On a personal level, GottsLaw assists in strategic planning by integrating revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other legal documentation to protect accumulated wealth and estates.

“I tend to favor a pragmatic approach, which allows me to utilize my experience in both healthy and distressed situations to help my clients achieve their goals,” Gottlieb said. “My career has spanned four recessions, so I have learned that each one is unique in the challenges and opportunities afforded before, during and after a downturn.”
