CRE Leaders David Levinson, Marty Burger Join Forces

David Levinson of L&L Holding Company and Marty Burger of Infinite Global Real Estate Partners have launched L&L Infinite. The new venture combines the expertise and resources of two of the industry’s most accomplished leaders to pursue opportunities in development, acquisitions and debt strategies across the U.S. real estate market.

L&L Infinite will primarily focus on development projects in the New York metro area and South Florida, while simultaneously seeking equity and debt investment opportunities nationwide. The venture will operate offices in both New York City and West Palm Beach.

Levinson, CEO of L&L Holding and newly appointed chairman of L&L Infinite, added, “This new partnership with Marty marks an exciting new chapter in our careers. Together, we bring diverse strengths and skills to create a formidable team that is well-positioned to capitalize on a broad spectrum of opportunities across the country’s most sought-after markets.”
