CRE Experts Talk Future of Lending in Fordham REI Event

Fordham Real Estate Institute (REI) recently held the third event in its “Visionary Series CCL: The Future Role of CRE” series. The virtual panel discussion, Show Us the Money: How Providers Will View Risk and Capital for the Next Five Years, featured a discussion on the future of capital investments, where the money is coming from, the government’s role and how financial prospects will shape-up over the next five years.

Broken up into two separate discussions, the event was moderated by ACORE’s Tony Fineman. Panelists in the first discussion included JLL’s Kevin Davis, AIG Asset Management’s Michael Medvin and Hillcrest Finance’s Kathy Corton.

For the second discussion, Fineman was joined by three new panelists: Mosaic Real Estate Investors’ Ethan Penner, Fried Frank’s Jonathan Mechanic, and TPG Real Estate Finance Trust’s Greta Guggenheim.
The series’ remaining event will take place on April 15.
