CRE & Contractors Group Surpasses $1M Raised for Tunnel to Towers Foundation

The New York Commercial Real Estate & Contractors for Tunnel to Towers (T2T) community came together on Oct. 16 for the Fifth Annual Cocktail Tribute, held at Midtown’s Redeye Grill. The event drew more than 340 attendees and raised over $288,000 in support of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. With this year’s results, the philanthropic group has now surpassed $1 million raised for the Foundation over the past five years.

“Every year, this community proves that when we come together with a shared purpose, we can make a real difference,” said event chair James Pirot. “Tonight isn’t just about fundraising. It’s about honoring courage, community, and the heroes who inspire us all.”

Next year’s event will honor the 25th anniversary of 9/11. The Tunnel to Towers Foundation was created to honor the sacrifice of FDNY Firefighter Stephen Siller and all first responders and military heroes.
