CRE Attorney James Brescoll Rejoins Bryan Cave in Chicago

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) recently welcomed real estate attorney James Brescoll back to the firm. Previously with BCLP from 2018-2021, Brescoll rejoined the firm as a partner in the Chicago office. 

Brescoll joins from Riemer & Braunstein, where he maintained an active practice focused on commercial real estate. He has particular experience in real estate financing, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, joint ventures and construction matters, locally and throughout the United States.  

Brescoll is often featured in legal directories for his real estate practice, and was named by Best Lawyers to its 2022 “Ones to Watch” list.
