CRC Taps Jim Enright as Director of Commercial Lease Administration in Baltimore

Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company Continental Realty Corp. (CRC) has hired Jim Enright as Director of Commercial Lease Administration.

In this newly-created position, Enright will be responsible for streamlining department processes and procedures to ensure proper information flow throughout CRC. His work will include taking an active role in the leadership and development of the firm’s in-house commercial lease administrators. Prior to joining CRC, Mr. Enright worked in a range of management-level positions during a career spanning more than 26 years at Federal Realty Investment Trust, a real estate investment trust headquartered in North Bethesda, MD.
