CRC Selects Traci Schneeman as Regional Portfolio Manager

Continental Realty Corporation, a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has selected Traci Schneeman as Regional Portfolio Manager. Schneeman brings more than 24 years of directly related experience in the multifamily sector to CRC and was formerly Regional Manager for Humphrey Management.

In her new role, Schneeman will manage daily operational activities for a portfolio of multifamily communities throughout Maryland. Her responsibilities include reviewing and improving performance metrics such as closing ratios and apartment turn times, conducting on-site assessments to enhance community aesthetics, devising and executing training and mentoring for team members, and leading on-site teams. She will also participate in corporate events and meetings related to on-site operations.

Schneeman spent more than 10 years at Humphrey Management, where she oversaw all operations for a portfolio of 10 multifamily communities. Her residential experience also includes working for Berkshire Property Advisors, ATB Industries, Echelon Residential, and ZOM Residential.
