
CRC Selects Joy Myers to Oversee Orlando, Tampa Commercial Properties
Continental Realty Corporation has hired Joy Myers as senior property manager – commercial division. She will be responsible for day-to-day management and operations for Baltimore, MD-based CRC’s portfolio of commercial assets located in the Orlando and Tampa area.
Myers’ duties include leading the activities of the office and its team and working with CRC’s leasing division to maintain the value of each asset. Myers will manage cash flows, budgets and the activities of third-party vendors.
Myers has 30 years of experience handling property and asset management, rehabilitation, acquisitions and dispositions. She previously worked as VP, asset management for Hold Thyssen, Inc.; before that with Pizzuti Management and Pinnacle Realty Management. Myers spent four years in service with the U.S. Navy.
CRC’s Orlando and Tampa properties include retail centers Glenbrook Commons, Mango Plaza, Plaza Ecco, Seven Hills Plaza and Towne Square as well as Waterford Park, a mixed-use community containing Class “A” commercial office, medical and retail space.
