CRC Builds Female-Led Executive Committee with New Promotes 

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a real estate investment and management company based in Baltimore, has promoted Haley Donato to senior vice president of Asset Management & Finance.  

Donato has been with the company since 2012 and was previously vice president of the same department. She will also join CRC’s Executive Committee. With this promotion, women now make up a majority of CRC’s executive committee members.  

Donato will continue to oversee several key areas of the company, including the day-to-day operations of CRC’s Asset Management group, Insurance and Risk Management and Finance divisions and originated CRC’s data science function. Donato brings over 14 years of diversified financial and real estate experience, including her previous work at FirstBank in Denver, Colorado. 

“Haley is an impact player who has significantly strengthened and improved outcomes and operational efficiencies for several key areas of the company,” said JM Schapiro, CRC’s CEO.
