Crate & Barrel Outlet Signs 23K-SF NJ Store Lease
Crate & Barrel Outlet has leased a 23,400-square-foot space at Mercer on One, an outdoor shopping center located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
The new location is one of 15 outlets that Crate & Barrel operates in North America. The retailer, part of Germany’s Otto Group, operates over 100 stores and franchise partners in nine countries. Mercer on One is a 551,000-square-foot shopping center with over 50 stores and restaurants, and it is located four miles south of Princeton and 25 miles north of Philadelphia.
JLL’s Alana Friedman and David Townes brokered the lease on behalf of Crate & Barrel Outlets. Jeff Fischer of Federal Realty Investment Trust represented ownership in the lease transaction.
