Craig Realty Snaps Up Barstow Outlet Center

Craig Realty has purchased an outlet center in Barstow from Tanger Factory Outlets. The center will also have a name change from Tanger Outlet Barstow to Outlets at Barstow.

Newport Beach-based Craig Realty bought the property with CJK Investments. Craig Realty also owns Citadel Outlets and Cabazon Outlets.

The newly named Outlets at Barstow, which totals 171,300 square feet, was built in 1994. Its fashion tenants include Coach, Kate Spade and Michael Kors.

Craig Realty owns about a dozen outlet centers across the country. It is also developing several more.
