Craig Intl Reveals Plans for $6B Lake Texoma Project
Craig International is building a $6 billion project on Lake Texoma. The company recently bought 3,000 acres in Denison, hoping to build 7,500 homes, including luxury single-family, active adult, and multifamily, a resort hotel, retail, restaurants, and an upscale marina. Craig International is partnering with Waterfall Development LP on the Preston Harbor master-planned community, 75 miles north of Dallas, near the Oklahoma border. The project has nearly ten miles of shore frontage on the lake.
Janet Gott, Mayor of Denison said, “This development will reshape our entire region and provide a level of economic impact that very few cities will ever experience. Denison’s economic strength and competitiveness will be enhanced for decades to come.”
Craig International also announced a $100M Margaritaville resort for Preston Harbor. Hospitality partner Horizon Capital Partners will develop the location.
Preston Harbor is currently finalizing land planning and engineering. Groundbreaking is slated for late 2024.
