Craig International Helming $200M McKinney Office Redevelopment

Craig International won the bid to redevelop the former Globe Life corporate headquarters locaed at 3700 S. Stonebridge Drive in McKinney, TX.  The campus was originally developed as Globe Life’s longtime corporate headquarters before its relocation to 7677 Henneman Way in McKinney.

Situated on nearly 58 acres, the $200 million project includes approximately 300,789 square feet of leasable office space, along the border of McKinney and Frisco. Craig International plans to transform the campus into Rowlett Station, named after the bordering Rowlett Creek.

Craig International has already begun evaluating opportunities to repurpose portions of the existing office campus while advancing master planning efforts for the broader redevelopment. Besides office space, preliminary plans call for a phased redevelopment across multifamily, retail and office components.

Craig International is the master developer of the $6 billion Preston Harbor, a 3,114-acre master-planned community located on Lake Texoma in Denison, TX and the $6 billion Craig Ranch, a 2,200-acre master-planned community in McKinney.
