CPA Firm Moves to 600 Third and Single-Floor Offices
Accounting firm MBAF has leased an entire floor of 21,863 square feet at L&L Holding Company’s 600 Third Ave. The Miami-based tenant was represented by a Lee & Associates NYC team of Dennis Someck, Justin Myers and Conor Krup.
“Previously, MBAF’s office was spread across two floors at 440 Park Ave. South,” said Someck. “The larger floorplates at 600 Third allow for the entire New York City team to be conveniently located on the same floor. This offers many more opportunities for collaboration and a more cohesive work environment overall.”
Building ownership was represented by L&L’s David C. Berkey and Andrew Wiener. L&L, which acquired the 42-story tower in 2004, recently completed a series of lobby and building system renovations at the building, as well as a redevelopment of its 6,500-square-foot public plaza.
